3. Complete the terms of your apartment lease in good standing.

You’ve earned Renaissance Rent Rewards worth up to 50% of your 12 months of rent!
To redeem your Rent Rewards credit:

1. Visit a Renaissance Homes Community where you’d like to live and select a patio home,
